After a fall from grace, Cheng Ke scours through trash to recover his lost possessions. A chance altercation introduces him to menacing gang leader Jiang Yuduo, who surprisingly becomes his landlord. Struggling with daily tasks, Cheng Ke relies heavily on Jiang Yuduo, forging an unbreakable bond. Yet, both harbor haunting pasts and face looming threats, from shadowy pursuers to street wars.
