Fascinated by the stars, Kozue encounters Ginga during a meteorite observation. Ginga possesses a unique talent aiding scientists in star research, but he is bound by a protective suit. Determined to free him to choose his path, Kozue persuades Ginga to shed the suit and assert his independence.
