In a world where humans and demons once coexisted peacefully, a rift forms as demons turn hostile, aiming to free the ancient malevolent demon Gyumao. Genjo Sanzo, a rebellious priest, joins forces with three demons - Sha Gojyo, Son Goku, and Cho Hakkai - to undertake a hazardous quest to thwart the resurrection of Gyumao.
