In 2008, the Japanese government launches a crackdown on otaku, aiming to safeguard national culture. Amidst the mass captures by the SSC, a defiant figure emerges: Otaku Hero rallies fellow enthusiasts to form a resistance against cultural suppression. As years pass and resistance weakens, hope flickers low. Guided by the magical girl Anarchy, Otaku Hero leads the fight to reunite Anarchy with her magical allies, Blue and Pink. With this trio's united strength, the resistance strives to overcome the SSC and preserve otaku culture.
