Inspectors and Enforcers collaborate to maintain order, with the latter being former Inspectors operating under a different set of rules. Akane Tsunemori, a principled rookie Inspector, partners with the seasoned Enforcer Shinya Kougami and discovers flaws in the seemingly flawless Sibyl System.
