In the sweltering heat of a Kyoto summer, a young man envisions the bliss of cooling his apartment with the air conditioner. However, his plans are thwarted when his friend Ozu accidentally spills soda on the remote, leaving them to endure the August heat. In a stroke of luck, they stumble upon a functional time machine in their storage room. Ignorant of the repercussions, they journey to the past to prevent the remote's destruction by Ozu. Little do they realize the extraordinary escapade awaiting them as they leap into the unknown past.
