With her first star in hand, Anya's wish for a pet dog is granted by her guardian Loid, who, amidst their search, receives urgent new orders. Loid uncovers a plot by Berlint University students to use trained dogs with explosive devices to assassinate Minister Brantz of Westalis. Meanwhile, Anya stumbles upon the terrorists' hideout and bonds with a compassionate, psychic dog dubbed Bond. Despite their covert lives, the Forger family, now including their furry new member, remains resilient and united against the peculiar challenges they face.
