One rainy day, a high school boy wakes up on the cold streets without a memory of his whereabouts. Karen Inukai, his classmate and crush, rescues him and brings him to her house. To his surprise, she prepares to bathe with him, revealing his unexpected transformation into a dog when he catches a glimpse of his reflection. Inukai decides to keep the puppy, naming him Pochita. As he navigates life as a canine and seeks a way back to his human form, Pochita discovers a hidden side of Inukai that was previously unknown to him during their school days.
