Anpanman and his companions attend a mesmerizing bubble performance by Shabondama-hime and her talented Shabondama Girls, who craft delicate bubbles through their flute melodies. Amidst the spectacle, Purun, one of the girls, struggles to produce large bubbles despite relentless practice. Frustrated by her perceived inadequacy, Purun embarks on a quest to recover her missing flute, which is coincidentally found by Creampanda. Simultaneously, Baikinman seizes control of Shabondama-hime's domain, pilfering the flutes to unleash malevolent bubbles upon the world. In a twist of fate, Purun must recognize her own worth and alongside Anpanman, thwart Baikinman's nefarious plans to restore peace and harmony.
