Meanwhile, Ryuu's mother embarks on a mission to locate her son. Sixteen years later, Ryuu encounters Ran, a girl enslaved by his original tribe. Angered by Ryuu's survival, the tribe attempts another deadly sacrifice, this time through a fiery ordeal. However, their plans are disrupted when the tribe and Ryuu's surrogate mother fall victim to Shirano's brutal attack. Determined to uncover the mysteries of his past, Ryuu, alongside Ran, sets off on a journey to reunite with his mother and help Ran find her missing brother, Don.
