Masaki Fujiyoshi, a stay-at-home spouse and parent, grapples with feelings of inadequacy as an omega in a society where giving birth is a unique trait. Alongside his supportive husband, Hiromu, Masaki navigates the challenges of their unconventional journey towards parenthood. As their son, Hikari, approaches his second birthday, the family relocates to a child-friendly neighborhood, where they cultivate relationships with neighbors like the affable beta student, Yuuki, and Hiromu's colleague, Matsuo. Encounters with a mysterious single father at the park add intrigue to their daily lives. Despite their idyllic present, shadows of the past loom large as figures from bygone days reappear, casting doubts on their intentions and stirring up buried emotions.
