In the futuristic 20XX, Netto Hikari, a young boy starting 5th grade, is bestowed with a remarkable present – his personalized net navi, Rockman! Although Rockman is pint-sized and exceedingly mature, a deep bond forms swiftly between the duo. These net navis are crafted to assist their operators from within their Personal Terminals, known as PETs. Engaging in lively 'Net Battles,' both kids and grown-ups partake in friendly duels showcasing their navis' prowess.
