Following the 10th NOVA clash, the Chevalier organization determines that the appearance of NOVA is intensifying, resulting in a shortage of Pandoras. To address this issue, they launch the E-Pandora Project, transforming ordinary humans into Pandoras. Satellizer, Kazuya, and Rana are invited to the Alaskan base to witness this groundbreaking project alongside Pandoras from across the globe. Yet, as the project unfolds, doubts begin to surface among the Pandoras, raising suspicions about the true nature of the E-Pandora Project.
