As she turns sixteen, Honey Kisaragi heads to see her father, only to find him injured and fleeing from danger. Suddenly, thugs and a menacing monster appear. Luckily, a detective named Seiji Hayama comes to their rescue, but the monster snatches Honey's father before they can escape. Devastated, Honey returns to a demolished home where a charming man provides her with a tool to combat the creatures responsible for her father's abduction. Armed with this device, Honey can metamorphose into various guises to combat Panther Zora, the malevolent force orchestrating these events.
