A decade post the Bubble War, societal divisions between the affluent and the impoverished escalate globally, notably in Japan. Tokyo emerges as a city where the wealthy indulge in their whims, epitomizing opulence. Saiga, once a war photojournalist, now operates in the capitalistic hub of Tokyo under Hibara Ginza's employ. Tasked with infiltrating the clandestine Roppongi Club nestled in the city's red light district, he gets apprehended in the act. Confronted by Kagura during a mysterious ritual, Saiga's encounter triggers his latent ability: the knack to trigger explosions through photography. Determined to untangle the enigma surrounding the Roppongi Club and Kagura, Saiga embarks on a lonesome quest for truth.
