In a world menaced by the malevolent 'Abyssal Fleet,' a specialized naval facility is established to combat this threat. Instead of traditional naval armaments, the base employs 'Kanmusu'—young women embodying the spirits of ancient Japanese warships capable of wielding powerful armaments by tapping into their ship-bound souls. Among these recruits is Fubuki, a novice Destroyer-type Kanmusu. Despite her lack of experience and timid demeanor, she finds herself unexpectedly placed in the renowned Third Torpedo Squadron, where she is immediately thrust into intense warfare. After a narrow escape from near destruction, Fubuki vows to grow stronger, inspired by her valiant savior.
