Debutante Detective Corps kicks off by introducing Miyuki, Reika, Youko, Nina, and Kimiko, five affluent girls who receive a mysterious threatening video tape. Concerned, the school they attend is put under police protection. Disliking confinement, Kimiko persuades the others to outsmart the police. Yet, their freedom is short-lived as armed terrorists target them. What follows is a comical adventure as the girls endeavor to foil the assailants.
