In a reimagined twist on the classic tale of Momotarou, we meet Momoko, a skilled young swordswoman who emerges from a peach (called 'momo' in Japanese). Residing in a serene realm with her loyal companions – the canine deity Inugami, the simian deity Sarugami, and the avian deity Kijigami – their idyllic existence is disrupted by a horde of demons under the command of a devil king. The demons pillage the land, stealing a vital protective artifact. Determined to reclaim the treasure and safeguard her homeland, Momoko sets forth on a grand quest alongside her trio of divine allies.
