Effera and Jiliora, alongside their ally Orlin, flee from a slave ship with the help of a young boy named Kilian. Tragically, Kilian loses his life during their escape. Determined to honor his memory, Effera and Jiliora set out to deliver Kilian's pendant to his captive siblings, held by the sinister Baron Celdion with ambitions of conquest over neighboring lands.
