Alongside the main protagonists, others aspire to claim this coveted position, each embarking on personal journeys filled with strengths, weaknesses, and emotional growth. Ryousuke Kominato, renowned for his exceptional fielding and formidable presence despite his size, stands out at Seidou. Teamed up with his partner, Youichi Kuramochi, they form the defensive backbone of the team. Youichi's younger brother, Haruichi, looks up to Ryousuke with both awe and impressive skill in the game.
