In a Japan governed by strict morality laws, citizens are closely monitored to maintain purity. Tanukichi Okuma, son of a rebel against these laws, enters high school and joins the student council to be near his crush, President Anna Nishikinomiya. Unaware of the vice president Ayame Kajou's alter ego as Blue Snow, a lewd activist, Tanukichi becomes entangled in her group, SOX. Together, they rebel against the government's censorship by spreading explicit content. As their school becomes a battleground, Tanukichi faces a moral dilemma when he discovers their target is someone he deeply respects.
