In a distant land called Yggd, the inhabitants believed their continent was all there was until the arrival of the nefarious Black Army disrupted the peace. The Chain Chronicle, a tome chronicling the world's events, became a focal point in the struggle for power. Despite the efforts of the Volunteer Army, commanded by Yuri, they proved no match for the overwhelming might of the Black Army. As battles rage on, the Lord of Black seizes control of part of the Chain Chronicle and the capital city, plunging the land into chaos and uncertainty.
