Yuu Otosaka seems like an ordinary high schooler, but his brief mind control power propels him to academic success by unscrupulous means. His misconduct catches the attention of Nao Tomori, the determined student council president at Hoshinoumi Academy, who sees past his tricks. Through persuasion, Nao convinces Yuu to transfer to their school and join the council, which secretly identifies and monitors students with supernatural gifts. Reluctantly aiding the council, Yuu and his new allies embark on a mission to safeguard these gifted individuals. Yet, as they delve deeper into their investigations, they uncover complexities beyond their wildest expectations.
