In a futuristic Tokyo, Katsumi Liqueur, an American-Japanese woman, rushes to visit her ailing mother in a hospital. A chance encounter with a monster and battling policewomen triggers Katsumi's uneasy memories. Soon, she meets Chief Rally Cheyenne, who strangely anticipates her arrival. Despite the policewomen's call for her aid in battling the supernatural threat, Katsumi hesitates, reluctant to embrace the world of magic she longs to deny.
