Wagamama High Spec follows Kouki Narumi, a high school student with a hidden talent for creating a risqué romantic manga. Only his sister Toa and best friend Mihiro are privy to this secret. When the student council president Kaoruko discovers Kouki's identity as the manga artist, he strikes a deal to join the council to protect his secret. But the vice president, Ashe R. Sakuragi, vehemently opposes his inclusion. Amidst this turmoil, student requests and problems escalate, adding to the chaos within the school.
