In the heart of Treasure Town, a duo known as 'The Cats' reign supreme, holding sway over all street affairs. Little do outsiders know, these feline rulers are actually two fearless orphans named Black and White. Their dominance faces a serious threat when the menacing Yakuza enter the scene, disrupting the status quo. With only each other to depend on, Black and White must restore their beloved Treasure Town to its former glory. Yet, as challenges mount, they come to grips with the harsh truth that reverting to the past might be a luxury they can no longer afford.
