In Yoshiwara's red-light district, a forbidden incense called 'Aizen Kou' resurfaces, causing those who inhale it to fall in love with the first person they see. Among the affected is the stern Hyakka captain, Tsukuyo, who locks eyes with the audacious leader of Yorozuya, Gintoki Sakata. Little did anyone know, Tsukuyo harbored feelings for Gintoki even before the incense's influence. Now, with her emotions amplified, she must navigate her affections and collaborate with Yorozuya to reverse the district's lovestruck chaos.
