In the second season of Okusama ga Seitokaichou!, Izumi Hayato enters the race for student council president. However, his plans are thwarted when a charming girl swoops in, advocating for love's freedom by tossing condoms to the crowd, leading to Izumi's defeat and his new role as vice president. To his surprise, the victorious president imposes herself on Izumi by declaring that they are betrothed due to a childhood pact sealed by their parents over drinks when they were toddlers.
