Tasked with becoming the leading lady in a production, Shinjiro transforms into Petitmint to play the iconic role of 'Cleopatra.' The Star Division embarks on a mission to convince a reluctant Shinjiro, leading to a lively pursuit through the city's five boroughs. Simultaneously, a mysterious dark-skinned youth and his loyal servant arrive in the bustling metropolis, harboring a hidden agenda fixated on the Statue of Liberty.
