Kaitou Kid sets his sights on the Crystal Mother, Europe's prized topaz held by Queen Selizabeth. With the Queen trapped on a train journey from Tokyo to Osaka, Kid aims to snatch the jewel. But his skills are challenged when the Queen hides the gem on the train. Conan Edogawa, a passenger on the train, senses the threat from the phantom thief and launches his own inquiry, while Inspector Ginzou Nakamori prepares for another showdown with the cunning jewel thief.
