While studying clouds in class, Nobita curiously ponders the location of heaven, only to be ridiculed by his peers. Determined to find evidence of a celestial realm amidst the clouds, Nobita seeks assurance, but Doraemon logically debunks its existence. Crestfallen, Nobita and Doraemon embark on crafting their cloud kingdom, unaware of the mystical beings already inhabiting the lofty realm.
