In a future world grappling with overpopulation, humanity looks to Mars for a new frontier. Following the successful terraforming of Mars, a Japanese spacecraft crash-lands in Tokyo, releasing a destructive monster. The fate of the city rests on the shoulders of Dr. Narasaki and his robot Miroku, the only ones capable of quelling the threat posed by Negadon.
