In this anime adaptation of a PlayStation game, a group of four individuals embarks on a journey through the barren wasteland of Filgaea, crafting a tale of legend as they traverse the unforgiving terrain. Among these adventurers are Sheyenne Rainstorm, a skilled gunslinger in possession of the fabled weapon ARMs; Kiel Aromax, a scientist with an unexpected appearance for a swordsman; Roleta Oratorio, the Crest Sorceress who wields magical powers through the use of mystical cards known as Crests; and Mirabelle Graceland, a member of the Noble Red, a vampiric clan living among humans. Accompanied by the adorable and intelligent creatures from the Popepi Pipepo Tribe, Isaac and Jerusha, the group sets out on an epic quest filled with danger and discovery.
