In Nabari, the 14-year-old Rokujou Miharu harbors the coveted hijutsu, 'Shinrabanshou', a potent ninja art sought after by various clans vying for supremacy. His classmates Kouichi and teacher Kumohira, both clandestine Banten ninjas, vow to safeguard Miharu amidst relentless adversaries. Initially indifferent, Miharu resists their ninja faction's overtures, but relentless assaults force him to align with them for self-preservation.
