Yumi, a girl enamored with both flowers and comics, captures the attention of Kakimaru and Keshimaru, flower fairies who come to her aid when she is in distress. These magical beings entrust Yumi with special tools, explaining that children who care for flowers receive such gifts. Impressed by Yumi's genuine love for flowers, Kakimaru and Keshimaru gift her a magical cane and pendant. With the cane, Yumi can bring her whimsical drawings to life in the air. However, when the pendant flashes, she only has a brief 30 seconds before the magic wanes. Despite her best intentions, Yumi's impulsive and clumsy nature often leads to mishaps caused by her magical abilities.
