Contrasting this urban landscape is Satellite, the former Domino City turned into a desolate wasteland where impoverished residents, known as Satellites, endure harsh living conditions and are prohibited from participating in Duelling. Protagonist Fudou Yuusei aspires to flee to Neo Domino City, constructing a D-Wheel for Riding Duels, a new form of competitive duelling. Motivated by a thirst for vengeance against Jack Atlus, the legendary King of Riding Duels, Yuusei challenges him for the coveted card, Stardust Dragon.
