On the ground, the Meteor Sweepers, utilizing hypersonic aircraft armed with specialized missiles, serve as the second defense, tasked with clearing the debris post-explosion. Amidst this chaos, Mikaze, an aspiring pilot troubled by her past, trains with a Meteor Sweeper team but yearns for the prestige of joining the elite Comet Blaster unit.
