Accompanied by his friends, the brave wild mouse Gamba embarks on a journey to witness the vast ocean. Along the way, he encounters an injured mouse and learns of the ruthless white ferret Noroi's reign of terror. Driven by compassion, Gamba resolves to aid the oppressed mice in their struggle against Noroi's oppression.
