A devil named Bazusu transports Kujukuri City in Chiba Prefecture and Dallas in the U.S. ten thousand years into the future, instigating a battle between the two cities for his own amusement. In response, Tanbara Gai, a Time Patrol agent, takes on the devil to prevent this catastrophic conflict.
