Unexpectedly, her departed mother reappears as a ghost, presenting Melmo with magical candies that can alter her age and shape. With the guidance of her brother Toto, who experiences a quirky transformation into a frog, and the eccentric Dr. Nosehairs, Melmo embarks on a journey using these candies to navigate the challenges that come her way.
