During a picnic, Pikachu and friends stumble upon a Ghost Festival inhabited by Ghost Pokemon like Koffing, Lickitung, Ditto, and Cubone. Meowth, terrified by the spooky event, encounters the ghosts as well. Pikachu befriends the spectral creatures and collaborates with them to help Meowth flee the Festival in fear.
