Mimi wo Sumaseba
During her summer break, 14-year-old Shizuku Tsukishima, a lively and carefree girl, frequents the local library and notices a boy named Seiji Amasawa favoring the same books. A peculiar cat she encounters on a train sparks her curiosity. Intrigued by the cat's behavior, she decides to track its journey, leading her to an antique shop managed by Nishi, a violin artisan and Seiji's grandfather. As Shizuku and Seiji bond over their shared literary interests, they form a close friendship. While Seiji is resolute in pursuing his aspirations, Shizuku grapples with identifying her own talents. A chance encounter with a cat figurine named “The Baron” at the shop awakens a newfound inspiration within Shizuku, propelling her towards unforeseen paths and transforming her life irrevocably.
