In celebration of Yokohama City's 150th anniversary, a project unfolds on Planet Abel where humans and robots coexist harmoniously. When a mysterious stowaway carrying a cutting-edge memory chip named 'Cipher' attempts to infiltrate the planet, two unlikely allies, Apollo and Mikaru, intervene. Apollo, a human-like robot, and Mikaru, a robot-like human, find themselves drawn into a whirlwind of events as Apollo impulsively takes hold of the Cipher chip. As Apollo's behavior takes a peculiar turn, the enigmatic nature of Cipher begins to unravel.
