Following the fall of Galactor and the apparent loss of Condor Joe, a cruise ship comes under attack by Leader X, resulting in widespread casualties. Among the survivors is a young girl who is captured and swiftly transformed into the enigmatic villainess Gel Sadra, despite her adult appearance. Balancing her mature facade, Gel Sadra often displays childish behavior and volatile outbursts. With Galactor resurfacing, the Science Ninja Team is summoned back to duty, led by the dubious Hawk Getz posing as Joe's replacement. Unmasked as a Galactor operative after eliminating the real Getz, he meets a swift end from a mysterious feather shuriken. After dropping hints in preceding episodes, Joe miraculously resurfaces in the fourth installment, saved from death's clutches by a former Galactor scientist who bestowed upon him cybernetic enhancements. As the narrative unfolds, the introduction of Dr. Pandora, a bereaved scientist who lost her family in the cruise ship tragedy, unknowingly reunites with her long-lost daughter Sammie, who now embodies the alter ego Gel Sadra.
