Jiora, a law enforcer hailing from the distant planet Biretijon, finds himself stranded on Earth after a spaceship mishap during his pursuit of intergalactic fugitives. Stranded and low on fuel, he assumes the identity of Chapat, a deceased officer from Slope Town, to blend in. To gather the hefty sum of 17 million yen required for essential gold fuel, Jiora adopts the alias Cashman, engaging in battles against criminal elements to earn the needed funds while concealing his true alien form.
