After losing one of their own, the X-Men regroup under the call of Charles Xavier to Japan where a young mutant, Hisako Ichiki, has been kidnapped. Their mission leads them to face off against the ruthless U-Men, a cult obsessed with enhancing their powers by harvesting mutant organs. A fierce struggle ensues as they fight for what is right.
