In a tale inspired by Hans Christian Andersen, Gerda and Kai, childhood friends living as neighbors, face a drastic change when the Snow Queen's mirror shatters. The fragments, filled with malice, scatter worldwide, with one piercing Kai's eye, chilling his heart. Spirited away by the Snow Queen to her icy fortress, Kai is thought lost to the frozen lake by their village. Unconvinced, Gerda embarks on a courageous quest after a revelation from a witness, determined to rescue Kai from the grips of the Snow Queen and restore him to their village.
