In the third season of Koihime Musou, Han's esteemed general Kashin finds herself in a predicament after being tricked into consuming a cursed pill by Chou Jou. This cursed pill begins to transform her into a cat, a fate she strongly opposes. To make matters worse, Chou Jou falsely accuses Kashin of treason using the emperor's authority, leading to her expulsion from the Han court. During her escape, Kashin encounters Kada, who guides her to the Touka village in the hopes of finding assistance in her dire situation.
