Syaoran, Kurogane, Fai, and Sakura, aided by Mokona, journey across time and space in search of Sakura's lost memories embodied in feathers. Their quest leads them to the tranquil 'Land of the Birdcage,' where humans coexist with birds as companions. Mistaken for protectors, Syaoran and Sakura encounter Koruri, a youth who initiates a skirmish. They soon discover that the enigmatic king wields an unusual power. Princess Tomoyo and the suppressed populace, bereft of their avian allies, reside clandestinely in the woods. To reclaim Sakura's feather, the group confronts the malevolent monarch, uniting against his treacherous machinations.
