As Mr. Money organizes a new Tenka'ichi Budokai, Mr. Satan extends a global invitation. Unbeknownst to him, the escaped ancient villain Bojack is among the competitors. With Goku unavailable in the afterlife, the task of vanquishing Bojack and his minions falls upon Gohan, Vegeta, and Trunks.
